12mm and 8mm purple facetd glass beads (without the AB finish it appears to have via the scan) surround this image of two family members in mourning. Dried violets from my very own yard gently frame these somber ladies.

"Little Julia Sheib"

Read what you will into the empty chair in the photo. The more interesting and tragic portion of this story is Julia's death at midnight March 17th 1914, though i have no idea what the circumstances were.
